Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage or hospitality; luxury resort or upscale experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beverage service.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Ability to obtain/state and local certifications including Food Handler and Alcohol Server.

• Create a relaxed yet refined guest experience by serving handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and appetizers with efficiency and genuine hospitality.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable menu and beverage recommendations, and ensure every interaction is warm, engaging, and personalized.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system, deliver food and beverages promptly, and process payments with attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, culinary, and fellow team members to maintain smooth service during high‑volume periods.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and inviting while maintaining Auberge Resorts Collection service standards and safe food handling practices.
• Thoughtfully recommend menu items and specialty beverages to enhance the guest experience while supporting outlet revenue goals.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a casual, social atmosphere.
