Job summary

Join Concord Hospitality as a Lounge Server at the Story Social Restaurant, where you'll provide exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for guests. You'll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, accurately handling orders, and serving food and beverages according to established standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience, strong food and beverage knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Job description

As a Lounge Server with Concord Hospitality at the Story Social Restaurant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurate order handling, and professional food and beverage service. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools (pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc.).
• Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.
• Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.
• Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
