Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and ensure they feel welcome.
• Expedite food from the kitchen to the table as dictated by service sequence.

• Explain menu features and changes as needed.
• Communicate with the expediter to ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Perform open and closing side-work and maintain station cleanliness.
