JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lounge Operations Support and Readiness Senior Analyst in New York to shape premium airport lounge experiences from opening readiness through ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional project plans, review training materials, and help establish SOPs to ensure successful lounge openings and sustained program adherence.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience coordinating projects, readiness, or hospitality operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, workstreams, deadlines and dependencies.
• Experience creating project plans, trackers, status reports and logs.
• Experience supporting operational readiness or launch of new programs or locations.
• Strong written communication; ability to draft procedures and training materials.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate readiness activities for new lounge openings, including plans, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Maintain trackers and provide updates to partners, lounge operators, and stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc initiatives and cross-functional workstreams across the lounge program.
• Review training collateral for accuracy and alignment with program standards.
• Develop training resources, operating guides, and support materials with SMEs.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, opening playbooks, checklists, and resources.
• Coordinate administrative controls and routines for new lounges.
• Provide post-launch support by monitoring adherence and refining processes.
• Track facilities maintenance and coordinate with partners until resolution.
• Organize project docs, meeting materials, status reports and action items.
