As a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee daily operations of a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, maintain client relations, and ensure the food quality meets high standards. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus and ensure top-quality food.
• Manage all P&L and budgeting aspects of the account.
• Implement new culinary programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
• 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and catering.
• Previous budget management experience.
• Desire to learn and grow within a top foodservice company.
