Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments.
• Maintain an efficient schedule for barbers and stylists.
• Notify staff when a client has arrived.
• Check out clients after an appointment.
• Learn to make and serve signature lounge drinks (TABC).
• Communicate client issues to leadership as needed.
• Monitor timeliness and keep the schedule on track.
• Assist with membership questions and setup.
