Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Lounge Bartender for the Renaissance Asheville. You will craft cocktails, pour wine, and maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable bar presence. The role emphasizes compliance, stock management, and delivering warm hospitality to guests in a lounge setting.

You’ll handle payments, assist with bar setup, and ensure a sharp, attractive bar display while providing excellent guest experiences in a busy hotel lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Cocktail preparation knowledge and ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Basic math for transactions and making change.
• Ability to inform guests about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts.
• Good manual dexterity for glassware and bar items.
• Ability to lift and carry bar supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and beverages according to standard recipes.
• Serve wine, and beer to lounge guests.
• Process payments and give accurate change.
• Order and requisition liquors to maintain stock.
• Arrange glassware and bottled goods for an organized display.
• Prepare garnishes and bar snacks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal beverage laws.
