We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!

Full Time and Part Time

Pay rate: $9.25 per hour

Summary:

To serve beverages and/or items on the menu to guests in a professional, competent, and prompt manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Pick up bank and guest checks from prescribed area.
2. Set up bar.
3. Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
4. Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
5. Make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
6. Work professionally with all guests and fellow associates.
7. Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs.
8. Red Line all drink orders from servers, checking tickets for accuracy.
9. Prepare beverage requisition for liquor.
10. Create a friendly, hospitable, and professional working atmosphere at all times.
11. Perform duties safely using established procedures and proper equipment.
12. Follow procedures regarding promotional and birthday drinks.
13. Complete all opening and closing duties as per the checklist.
14. Comply with procedures for serving alcohol and identifying minors.
15. Check and replace glassware as needed.
16. Stock and replenish ice at all stations.
17. Clean floors and maintain cleanliness in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
18. Empty and steam-clean trashcans as necessary.
19. Manage inventory of sodas and juices, ensuring proper rotation.
20. Stock and replenish beer bottles and kegs when necessary.
