• Make cocktails according to Beverage Standards.
• Manage inventory of soda, juices, and beer bottles.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Set up and break down the bar, lock up liquor, and properly store fruit and juices.
2. Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
3. Make cocktails according to Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
4. Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs.
5. Complete all opening and closing duties as per the checklist.
6. Check and replace glassware as needed.
7. Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
8. Clean floors and empty/steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
9. Manage inventory of soda, juices, beer bottles, and kegs, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
10. Prepare food orders as needed.
