Description

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!

Responsibilities:

• Set up the bar and prepare for service.
• Break down the bar, lock up liquor, and store fruits and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails according to Beverage Standards using standard jiggers.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies; no cash tabs.
• Complete all opening and closing duties as per the checklist.
• Check and replace glassware as needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
• Clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
• Manage inventory of soda and juices, ensuring proper rotation.
• Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.
