Birdwatch is seeking skilled residential home service technicians to serve homeowners in Loudoun County, Virginia, including Ashburn, Leesburg, Purcellville, Sterling, Aldie, and South Riding. Qualifications

• 2+ years of home maintenance, handyman, or residential construction experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative teammate.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring others is a plus.
• Trade certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable using technology in the field (we'll train you).
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency calls.
