Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and agents with questions and ensure thorough follow-up and resolution.
• Keep the claims lobby neat, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Run promotions in claim centers to promote and sell lottery products.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries via all channels.
