Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a dependable Lot Technician Driver to move, arrange, and detail motorcycles and other powersports vehicles on the lot and showroom.

You will safely transport units using company trucks, handle customer pickup/delivery, and assist with check-ins, inspections, and prep for delivery. Join a fast-paced team that values safety and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle movement and showroom management: Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and across service areas; maintain full awareness of the lot layout and assist in managing inventory flow.
• Customer pickup and delivery services: Provide professional home pickup and delivery services for units directly to and from customers.
• Vehicle check-in and inspection: Assist with vehicle check-ins, thorough inspections upon delivery, and tagging customer units.
• Detailing and customer delivery prep: Prepare units for customer delivery, including washing, dusting, detailing, and fueling to ensure vehicles are spotless for customer handoff.
• Sales and service logistics support: Support the sales and service teams with unit movement, logistics, and general facility support tasks as needed.
• Lot organization and maintenance: Keep the lot, showroom, and service staging areas neat, clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
