Job summary

Bud Clary Auto Group is seeking a Lot Attendant to support our Service departments by keeping vehicles and the lot organized at our Washington locations. You will inspect, prep and move vehicles, and help maintain dealership standards while providing reliable customer-friendly service.

• Inspect vehicles to verify damages and accessories listed on the invoice.
• Record descriptions of damages and missing items on delivery receipts.
• Park and prep vehicles for delivery to the appropriate areas.
• Move vehicles around the lot to maximize space and maintain order.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed to meet dealership standards.

Our Lot attendants provide support to our Service departments by maintaining all vehicles to dealership standards. Our Lot Attendants are also responsible for keeping the automobile inventory neat and well maintained, as well as moving vehicles throughout the lot to specified locations.

PAY

• $17.13 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipts
• Part new vehicles in assigned areas
• Catalogs and stores keys
• Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
• Delivers sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department
• Wash vehicles exterior using all the proper cleaning solution and equipment
• Vacuum interior of vehicle to remove all dirt and debris, while carefully not disturbing customers personal items
• Park clean cars in designated area for delivery
• Maintain dealership presence- cleaning up around the lot, look for garbage, etc.
• Prep new vehicles for PDI to be performed
• Gas up sold vehicles, trade's etc.

Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.
