Grubbs Nissan is looking for a Lot Porter to oversee all aspects of vehicle inventory and arranging the lot, ensuring both new and used vehicles meet high standards of quality and presentation.
This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and address potential issues with vehicles on the lot. You will collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage inventory movements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Lot Porter is an important role within the organization, responsible for the efficient management of all inventory-related activities. This includes overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and reducing costs. You will be expected develop and implement inventory strategies, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures.
Monitor inventory and making sure the lot is straight and filled correctly.
Analyze inventory to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Plan stock replenishment inventory accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monday - Friday 7am to 8pm
Saturday 7am to 7pm (required)
