Camping World is seeking a Lot Porter in Spartanburg, SC to support our first‑class service team by parking and moving RV units, installing window prices, and maintaining a clean, safe lot. You will record issues, manage inventories, and ensure equipment readiness for daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid license, and ability to operate yard equipment or a forklift, including RV driving and generators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Towing experience preferred.
• Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift.
• Ability to drive an RV.
• Experience with generators and operating slide-outs.
• Ability to repair small items and identify problems.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.

Responsabilités

• Park and move RV units in a timely fashion.

• Ensure slide-outs are in, jacks are down, steps are down, select awnings are opened and the doors are unlocked.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Camping World is looking for a Lot Porter to provide driving and support services as part of our first class service team.

What You’ll Do

• Park and move RV units in a timely fashion
• Ensures window prices on recreational vehicles are installed and removed as instructed
• Maintains weekly lot washes and ensures all units and isles are clean
• Writes work orders, tracks problems and ensures units are in proper working order

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range

$14.27-$27.27 Hourly
