Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Lot Porter to support our first class service team. The role involves parking and moving RV units, maintaining the lot, and ensuring equipment is secure and in good repair.

You will write work orders, track issues, and keep the lot clean and presentable for customers and coworkers. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, towing or heavy equipment experience, the ability to operate yard tractors and forklifts, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Towing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate yard tractor and/or forklift.
• Experience using generators and operating slide-outs.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assist.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and exposure to outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Park and move RV units in a timely fashion.
• Ensure window prices on recreational vehicles are installed and removed as instructed.
• Maintain weekly lot washes and ensure all units and isles are clean.
• Write work orders, track problems and ensure units are in proper working order.
• Sweep, pick up trash and debris, and keep lot clean and professional in appearance.
• Keep units and equipment secure from weather.
