Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an RV Lot Associate to park and move units, manage mechanical checks, and maintain a clean, safe lot environment. You will handle work orders, inventory, and equipment protection while ensuring customer-facing areas stay organized and professional.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, towing or forklift experience, and the ability to drive an RV. Generators and slide-outs knowledge are valued, along with a valid license and physical

Qualifications

  • Towing experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate yard tractor and/or forklift.
  • Ability to drive an RV.
  • Experience with generators and slide-outs.
  • Ability to repair small items and identify problems.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions and hazards.

Responsibilities

  • Park and move RV units promptly and safely.
  • Ensure window prices on RVs are installed/removed as instructed.
  • Maintain weekly lot washes; keep units and aisles clean.
  • Write work orders; track problems; ensure units are functional.
  • Keep lot clean; manage trash and debris; present professional appearance.
  • Protect equipment from weather; secure units.
  • Maintain weekly physical inventory.
  • Check slide-outs, jacks, doors, and awnings for proper position.

Job description

What You’ll Do:
  • Park and move RV units in a timely fashion
  • Ensures window prices on recreational vehicles are installed and removed as instructed
  • Maintains weekly lot washes and ensures all units and isles are clean
  • Writes work orders, tracks problems and ensures units are in proper working order
  • Sweeps, picks up trash and debris, empties garbage cans, keeps lot clean and professional in appearance
  • Keeps units and equipment secure from weather
  • Maintains physical inventory on a weekly basis
  • Ensures slide-outs are in, jacks are down, steps are down, select awnings are opened and the doors are unlocked
  • Maintains a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Towing experience preferred
  • Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift
  • Ability to drive an RV
  • Experience using generators and operating slide-outs
  • Ability to repair small items and identify problem units
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  • Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
  • Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range: $15.02-$28.71 Hourly
