Job summary

Bud Clary Auto Group in Washington State seeks a dedicated lot attendant to maintain vehicle inventory, move cars around the lot, and prep sold vehicles for delivery. This role supports service departments and helps keep our dealership looking organized.

• Catalog and store keys; prep vehicles for delivery.
• Deliver sold vehicles to the prep department; maintain lot order.

Our lot attendants support the service departments by maintaining all vehicles to dealership standards. They keep the automobile inventory neat and well‑maintained and move vehicles throughout the lot to specified locations.

Pay

• $17.13 per hour

Essential Duties

• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipts.
• Part new vehicles in assigned areas.
• Catalog and store keys.
• Move sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
• Deliver sold vehicles to the new‑vehicle preparation department.
• Wash vehicle exteriors using all the proper cleaning solution and equipment.
• Vacuum the interior of the vehicle to remove all dirt and debris, while carefully not disturbing customers’ personal items.
• Park clean cars in the designated area for delivery.
• Maintain dealership presence by cleaning up around the lot, looking for garbage, etc.
• Prep new vehicles for PDI to be performed.
• Gas up sold vehicles, trade‑ins, etc.

Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.
