America's Auto Auction South Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Lot Operations Attendant to support daily auction operations on the lot. You will help with organization, movement, preparation, and presentation of vehicles, ensuring they are clean, operable, and ready for sale, while following safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prepares vehicles for auction by ensuring cleanliness and proper staging.
• Moves vehicles on the lot safely and efficiently as directed.
• Scans, tags, and labels vehicles and manages keys per procedures.
• Maintains appearances of auction grounds and customer areas.
• Assists service department with vehicle-related tasks as directed.
• Supports daily operations and auction-day flow.
• Follows safety policies and traffic guidelines at all times.
• Reports vehicle issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

America's Auto Auction South Wisconsin is looking to add to our Lot Operations Team! We have both full time and part time positions available; great benefits and weekends off!

The Lot Operations Attendant supports daily auction operations by assisting with the organization, movement, preparation, and presentation of vehicles on the auction lot. This entry-level role works as part of a team to ensure vehicles are properly accounted for, clean, operable, and positioned appropriately for auction sale. The Lot Operations Attendant plays an important role in maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-ready lot environment while following all safety procedures and supporting service and auction-day activities as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepares vehicles for auction by ensuring they are clean, presentable, and properly staged.
• Moves vehicles on the auction lot safely and efficiently as directed.
• Scans, tags, and labels vehicles accurately, including climbing and reaching to apply stickers when required.
• Manages vehicle tags and keys in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains the appearance of auction grounds, including customer parking areas and entrances.
• Assists the service department with vehicle-related tasks as directed.
• Locates, starts, and moves vehicles to support daily operations and auction-day flow.
• Follows all safety policies, procedures, and traffic flow guidelines at all times.
• Reports vehicle issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned..

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles, including the ability to identify makes and models, preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage physical tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening required.
• Prior experience working with vehicles or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
• Entry-level position with opportunity for advancement.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and get in and out of vehicles repeatedly.
• Ability to use hands to handle, tag, and move equipment and vehicle-related items.
• Ability to drive a variety of makes and models of vehicles.
