Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR 5 years' experience in a related discipline or alternative degree/certification beyond HS.
• Safe driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties; assist supervisor in assigning work.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure vehicle flow and log stock numbers and locations.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew.
• Manage vans and drivers, ensuring timely pickups and drops.
• Shuttle employees to parking lots on sale days and at remote sites.
• Transport personnel to and from the Auction, lots, dealerships, and other locations.
• Perform daily van maintenance and fueling; keep vehicles in serviceable condition.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence.
• Assist manager to plan staffing and monitor performance; lead the team and uphold Cox/Manheim values.
• Enforce policies on conduct for employees and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
• Overtime may be required.

Education
