Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and coordinate drivers and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Instruct drivers on duties and assist in directing work.
• Coordinate vehicle flow and maintain stock/lot location logs.
• Schedule and assign crew tasks and transport drivers to locations.
• Ensure timely pickup/drop-off of employees and vehicles per schedule.
• Transport employees and vehicles to remote sites as needed and manage shuttle duties.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and support safety initiatives.
• Review workload, monitor staffing, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead location team and enforce company policies.
• Perform additional duties and overtime as required.
