Nationwide Trailers seeks a Lot and Inventory Specialist to keep the lot organized, safe, and customer-ready. You will manage the physical flow of trailers from receiving to staging and delivery support, ensuring accurate placement and a visually appealing lot.

Responsibilities include VIN checks, lot mapping, and coordinating with sales and service. The role involves outdoor work, forklift operation, and routine lot maintenance to support a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts or yard equipment preferred (training available).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming trailers, document damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain and update the lot map and unit placement as inventory moves.
• Safely move, park, and stage trailers using forklifts and yard equipment.
• Install and maintain price signs, feature sheets, and promotional materials.
• Photograph units for inventory listings and promotions as needed.
• Assist sales by pulling and staging units quickly and safely.
• Coordinate with service for units needing rework or inspection.
• Support light groundskeeping duties like debris removal.
