Job summary

Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to help maintain the dealership’s outdoor areas and vehicle presentation. You will keep lots neat, polish vehicles, and move cars between service bays, overflow lots and display areas.

The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities to advance toward sales, service advising or accounting with a hungry, entrepreneurial mindset. A valid driver’s license with a clean record, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are essential

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Positive attitude and neat appearance help maintain high presentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills support teamwork and customer-facing interactions.
• Willingness to perform varied tasks to support sales, service, and lot operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of grounds, including walkways, landscaping and pavements, in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Maintain the overall appearance of used and new vehicles.
• Keep used vehicle lots neat and orderly in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas, overflow lots, and parking lot as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
