Job summary

Acv-Auctions is seeking a Driver, Lot to safely move, park, and relocate vehicles at our Fort Wayne remarketing center. You will help ensure smooth flow of vehicles through inspection, detailing, and auction prep, supporting timely auction day operations.

Based in Fort Wayne, you’ll work outdoors on-site, with a valid driver's license and ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions. Join a team that values safety, reliability, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Safely drive, park, and relocate vehicles throughout the facility and lot.
• Transport vehicles to and from designated areas, including auction lanes, service bays, and storage lots.
• Follow all site safety procedures and traffic flow guidelines.
• Assist with organizing vehicle inventory and maintaining accurate vehicle placement.
• Support auction operations by lining up and staging vehicles as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and report any safety hazards.
• Complete necessary logs and paperwork, as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
