Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group is seeking a Lot/Detail Manager to oversee car wash, detail, and lot operations at our Minnesota dealership. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality and safety across the car wash and detailing processes. A high school diploma, two years of supervisory experience, and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising employees for 2 years.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use multiple programs.
• Willing to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives in coordination with other managers.
• Supervises Carwash/Detail and Lot staff and schedules.
• Assists with car wash equipment maintenance and routine upkeep.
• Maintains badge placement and window sticker compliance in vehicles.
• Oversees productivity, efficiency, and work quality across departments.
