Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking Wash Attendant Leads in Denver, CO to coordinate daily vehicle-cleaning operations and ensure fleet readiness for customers. You will oversee the cleaning team, perform QA inspections, and liaise with multiple departments to keep vehicles moving efficiently.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Previous rental car experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the Manager on Duty and department management.
• Oversee the vehicle cleaning team and ensure vehicles meet Fox quality standards.
• Perform quality-control inspections and spot checks on vehicles throughout the shift.
• Track vehicle cleaning, fueling, fluids, and servicing requirements.
• Coordinate lot setup and ensure vehicles are classified and parked in the correct stalls.
• Communicate vehicle status with Counter Leads, Manager on Duty, Fleet Production, and Operations teams.
• Identify and communicate out-of-service and non-rentable vehicles.
• Organize and maintain the Pre-Clean Car Area (PCCA), wash bay, fuel line, and ready line.
• Coordinate vehicle movement from the overflow lot to the PCCA and ready line as needed.
• Fuel vehicles as needed and ensure keys are properly tagged and delivered to the key booth.
• Run and post the reservation manifest by vehicle class and time.
• Complete vehicle quality-assurance audits for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Complete incident and accident reports accurately and submit them to the Manager on Duty before the end of the shift.
• Coordinate with Return Agents to ensure vehicles are moved into cleaning production promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized wash bay, PCCA, and ready-line area.
• Support the team and assist with operational needs throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.

This role is non-exempt and pays $20.29 an hour.
