Surprise Ford in Surprise, AZ is seeking Service Department Lot Attendants to support our dealership staff and customers while representing the #1 selling brand in America – FORD.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will park vehicles, assist Service Advisors, and help ensure exceptional service for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality with world-class customer service.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug and background tests.
• Ability to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Park customer vehicles.
• Move and park cars in tight spaces.
• Assist Service Advisors with customers.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles to off-property locations.

Responsibilities:

• First and second shifts. FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME.
• Parking customer vehicles.
• Helping Service Advisors With Customers.
• Moving and parking cars in tight spaces.
• Proficient with driving a standard transmission.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles to off-property locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confident with an outgoing personality.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.
• Clean driving record / Ability to drive a manual transmission PLUS.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug and background tests.
• Ability to work retail hours.
