Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome service customers, assist with parking, and provide courtesy shuttle service
• Shuttle customers as needed
• Pickup and deliver customer vehicles
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Maintain lot organization and move cars according to dealership standards
• Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking lots
• Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some weekends
• Positive attitude, confident, outgoing, eager to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation daily
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
