  • Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the service parking lot.
  • Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other duties.
  • Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
  • Remove the steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery.
  • Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management.
  • Provide transportation for customers.
  • Must be alert to traffic flow to sales and service lots.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

  • Must be able to tolerate harsh weather conditions: excessive heat and cold.
  • Must be able and willing to spend most of the day outdoors.
