Job summary

Kia of East Hartford is seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant / Porter to maintain our lot and support both sales and service teams. This full-time role offers a stable schedule: 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance.

You’ll move vehicles, keep the lot clean, assist customers, and help with vehicle staging and light maintenance in a fast-paced dealership environment on-site in East Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Required: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Required: Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Preferred: Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot
