Raceway Kia of Freehold is seeking a dependable Lot Manager/Technician to organize vehicle inventory and keep the lot ready for customers and the sales team. The role involves keeping the lot clean, moving vehicles as directed, inspecting arrivals, and ensuring vehicles are presentable and ready for showroom or customer delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, service, and management, and reporting any inventory issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Previous dealership or inventory experience preferred but not required.

• Report inventory damage, missing keys, or location discrepancies immediately.

Position Overview

Raceway Kia of Freehold is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Lot Manager or Lot Technician to support our Freehold dealership operations. This position is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers and the sales team.

Schedule

• Full-time position. Saturday availability is required. Specific hours and days off will be discussed during the
