Job summary

Wegmans in Wilmington, DE is seeking a part-time Front End Customer Service Team member. You will engage customers in friendly conversation, help with bagging, keep the parking lot safe and clear, and ensure a positive shopping experience that turns first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers.

As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will make sure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. • Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling

• Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans

• Offer additional service during inclement weather
