Lexus of Thousand Oaks, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking an organized and dependable Lot Attendant to maintain lot presentation and assist with vehicle staging in a luxury store environment.

You will support the sales team with inventory movement, ensure guest-ready vehicles, and contribute to a high-standard guest experience. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow into porter, sales support, or service positions.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Organized and self-directed attitude.
• Reliable and punctual behavior.
• Careful handling of vehicles and inventory.
• Professional demeanor reflecting store standards.
• Prior lot attendant/porter/valet experience is a plus but not required.

• Keep the lot clean, signage, and overall appearance to store standards.

• Support sales team with vehicle retrieval and lot logistics during shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain lot organization throughout the day -- ensuring vehicles are properly positioned, clearly displayed, and accessible to guests and the sales team at all times
• Move vehicles as directed by sales management -- repositioning inventory for display, guest viewing, test drives, and delivery staging
• Keep the lot clean and presentable -- removing debris, maintaining signage, and ensuring the overall appearance reflects the store's standard
• Assist with new vehicle check-in and pre-delivery staging -- ensuring vehicles are properly placed and guest-ready for upcoming appointments and deliveries
• Support the sales team with vehicle retrieval and lot logistics throughout the shift
• Report any vehicle condition issues -- damage, low fuel, warning lights -- to the appropriate team member promptly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Organized and self-directed -- you notice what needs doing and handle it without waiting to be asked
• Reliable and punctual -- the sales team depends on consistent lot coverage and vehicles staged correctly before guests arrive
• Careful with vehicles -- Lexus guests hold their vehicles to a high standard and the lot attendant who handles inventory with genuine care reflects that
• Professional demeanor -- guests are on the lot and in the showroom and every interaction represents the store
• Prior lot attendant, porter, valet, or related experience a plus -- not required
