Meijer is seeking a dependable Cart Attendant to support store operations in Sterling Heights, MI. You will help keep aisles tidy, assist customers, and move shopping carts from outside to inside the store.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience is not required; reliable individuals who can lift, bend, and stand for long periods are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect trash from the parking lot, lawn, and inside store.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with store departments across Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
