Meijer is seeking a cart attendant to support store operations in Indiana. You will transport carts, aid in cleaning, and help maintain order in parking lots and aisles. The role requires physical stamina and strong communication to coordinate with service desks and departments.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Move shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Assist with parking lot, lawn, and inside trash collection.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with service desk, entrance, lanes and parking areas.
• Coordinate with departments like Health & Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
• Note: duties may expand beyond listed responsibilities.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
