Job Summary Details:

The Lot Attendant is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers.

Pay:

$18.00/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Fluent in English (must be able to read, write, and speak English)

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of similar experience preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Approach and greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner
2. Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns
3. Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary
4. Be quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
5. Follow all company procedures and comply with all safety regulations
6. Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets
7. Match visitor tickets to parking rate schedule; collect proper payment from visitors and distribute correct change
8. Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located
9. Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within the cashier drawer
10. Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures
11. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
12. Answer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when required
13. Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead
14. Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates
