Job description

This is a Full time position that requires Saturday availability, with a day off during the week.

Lot Attendants are responsible for the appearance of all New/Used vehicles on the sales lot.

Essential Duties:

• When new vehicles are sold, you clean them for delivery for the new owner to take home.
• New factory arrivals get inspected in Service, then you prep them for display on our lot, making them presentable for prospective buyers.
• Maintain a washing schedule to ensure all vehicles, new and used, are as clean as possible while sitting on the lot for sale.
• Keep rows of display vehicles as straight as possible for overall inventory presentation for professional appearance.
• Assist with snow removal in inclement weather with moving vehicles, operating a pickup snow plow, keeping sidewalks salted to prevent injury for customers and employees.
• Maintaining cleanliness of dealership grounds.
• Keep showroom display units clean at all times, free from fingerprints, water spots, for best showroom appearance.
• Keep unsold inventory secure, checking for locked doors often to prevent theft, vandalism, and keeping keys secure at all times.
• Filling holes on lot from sold units with fresh units, all stock available for customers to view during their selection process.
• Maintain clean driving record and operate all vehicles safely at all times.
• You will shuttle unsold units to needed vendors for reconditioning, and then return them to the dealership for next step of process.
• You answer to the Management Team for instruction, but work collaboratively with all team members for maximum workflow efficiency.
