Job summary

Westside Toyota in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Full Time Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized and vehicles clean and ready for customers. You will move cars, place tags, and manage inventory while providing friendly, reliable service.

The role requires the ability to stand all day, flexibility for weekends, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation; benefits are included and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality and outgoing personality.
• Flexible schedules with some weekends may be required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and vehicle condition by cleaning interiors and exteriors and replenishing fluids as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep the lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and the parking lot as needed.
• Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Remain energetic and able to stand on feet all day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• - Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• - Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• - Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• - Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• - Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• - Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• - High energy with ability to stand / work on feet all day
• - Perform other duties as assigned.
