• Use VPNE-preferred word choices while speaking with guests.
• A lot attendant must monitor the parking lot for any signs of a suspicious activity or security breaches. They must also report any incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintaining cleanliness: A lot attendant must ensure the parking lot is clean and debris-free, including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions.
• Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations
• Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential garage equipment, including pay-on-foot machines and garage barriers.
• Strong sense of customer service
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction.
