Job summary

Bell Ford Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle appearance and assist with dealership display standards. You will manage inventory upkeep, tag placement, and vehicle movement as directed by the general manager, contributing to a clean, organized lot and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes a positive, service-minded attitude, flexibility for weekends, and a safe, punctual approach to daily tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Professional attitude with a focus on delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.

Responsibilities
