About The Position

As a lot attendant, you will greet and assist customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the parking lot, proper vehicle parking, and excellent customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM.

Accountability

• Keep accurate records of daily activities and issues.
• Monitor the parking lot for safety and security.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely and correctly.
• Perform routine vehicle counts and report issues.
• Assist with traffic control during busy times.
• Enforce parking regulations and policies.

Communication

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide parking rate and payment information.
• Report security concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs.

Family

• Support team members during busy periods to promote cooperation.

Exceptional Service

• Assist customers with parking and directions.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas.
• Go the extra mile to help customers.

Profitability

• Provide excellent customer service to maximize profits.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions.
