Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to join our team in Hamden, CT. You will maintain the appearance of the lot and provide outstanding guest service, helping customers and guests with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.

You will drive vehicles within the lot, move cars for weekly sales, and ensure the lot is clean and well-organized. Prior dealership experience and comfort with manual transmission are pluses.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Proficient in manual transmission driving.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Assist in moving vehicles as needed.
• Move vehicles to designated lanes in preparation for weekly sale.
• Move vehicles to sold area after sale.
• Retake photos of vehicle once cleaned that are getting ready for the weekly sale as needed.
• Operate manual transmission vehicles if required.
• Provide exceptional guest services and hospitality.

We are seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lot and providing excellent customer service to guests.
