Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking a Lot Attendant to organize, move, and display vehicles on the dealership lot. You will perform routine checks, ensure cleanliness and fueling, and assist with deliveries while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This hands-on role supports sales and service teams in delivering a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 50

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, move, and park vehicles on the dealership lot to ensure a clean and well-maintained display of inventory.
• Perform routine lot checks to ensure all vehicles are in good condition and properly displayed.
• Assist in managing vehicle inventory by tagging, tracking, and moving cars as needed.
• Ensure that vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer test drives or delivery.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels, as needed.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping the lot clear of debris and ensuring all traffic and safety guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a dealership, car rental, or automotive environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
