Responsibilities

• Organize, park, and move vehicles on the dealership lot as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for sales or service appointments.
• Assist in maintaining lot security by monitoring the premises and reporting any suspicious activities.
• Support the service department by delivering vehicles to and from the service area.
• Perform routine lot maintenance tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and removing debris.
• Coordinate with team members to locate and prepare vehicles for customer pickup or test drives.
• Verify serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and verify presence of accessories.
• Record damages and missing items on delivery receipt.
• Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
• Catalog and store keys.
• Affix stock numbers to vehicles.
• Move sold vehicles to maximize space and keep lot orderly.
• Keep inventory parked and orderly.
• Picks up and delivers vehicles to sublet suppliers occasionally.
• Prepare wholesale used vehicles for auction.
• Maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the organization and appearance of our dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly cared for and readily accessible. This position offers a competitive annual salary of $35,000.00 - $40,000.00, paid semi-monthly, with opportunities to grow within a reputable automotive company.
