Job description

As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service by engaging customers in friendly conversation, carefully handling bagged items, and keeping the parking lot safe and clear. You'll leave a lasting impression and help turn first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers!

What will I do?

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts, and pick up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation, making eye contact and smiling.
• Proactively offer assistance or services and thank customers for shopping at Wegmans.
• Provide additional support during inclement weather.
