Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is seeking an Automotive Lot Attendant to keep the dealership lot organized and presentable. You will move, park, and stage vehicles for sales, service, and delivery, and assist with transfers to various locations while maintaining safety and attention to detail.

The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. This hourly position offers competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to grow within Lithia & Driveway's network

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating a variety of vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional vehicle display throughout the dealership lot.
• Move, park, and stage vehicles for sales, service, and customer delivery.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers to various locations as needed.
• Check and maintain fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle presentation.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery to meet Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Assist with washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Monitor lot conditions and report vehicle damage or facility maintenance concerns to management.
• Support the sales and service teams with vehicle retrieval and lot organization.
