IS THIS YOU?

• You're organized, dependable, and take ownership of your area -- a well-maintained lot doesn't happen by accident and the attendant who keeps it that way without being told is genuinely valuable to the operation
• You want a stable, active role at a well-run Anchorage multi-brand store where your reliability is recognized and there's room to grow for people who show up and contribute

WHO WE ARE

Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea -- be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Anchorage or anywhere else in our network, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain lot organization throughout the day -- ensuring Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen vehicles are properly positioned, clearly displayed, and accessible to guests and the sales team at all times
• Move vehicles as directed by sales and service management -- repositioning inventory for display, guest viewing, test drives, and delivery staging
• Keep the lot clean and presentable -- removing debris, maintaining signage, and ensuring the overall appearance reflects the store's standard
• Assist with new vehicle check-in and pre-delivery staging -- ensuring vehicles are properly placed and guest-ready for upcoming appointments and deliveries
• Support the sales and service teams with vehicle retrieval and lot logistics throughout the shift
• Report any vehicle condition issues -- damage, low fuel, warning lights -- to the appropriate team member promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Organized and self-directed -- you notice what needs doing and handle it without waiting to be asked
• Reliable and punctual -- the sales and service teams depend on consistent lot coverage throughout the day
• Careful with vehicles -- Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen guests hold their vehicles to a high standard and the attendant who handles inventory with genuine care reflects that
• Comfortable working outdoors in Anchorage conditions throughout the shift -- Alaska's weather is part of the job
• Prior lot attendant, porter, valet, or related experience a plus -- not required

WHAT WE OFFER

• $17 - $19/hr
• 401(k) plan
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• A genuine entry point into the automotive industry -- lot attendants who perform at Swickard grow into porter, sales support, and service roles
