Job summary

Harper Auto Square is seeking a proactive Lot Attendant in Alcoa, TN. You will move vehicles on the lot, keep displays tidy, and prep vehicles for delivery while supporting the sales team with a high-energy, customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a positive, can-do attitude. This on-site role involves flexible scheduling, including some weekends, and contributes to a routes-friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including some weekends.

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and check in new and preowned vehicles.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, move cars as directed by sales managers and display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, auto wash, gas pump, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and manage vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various locations on the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Lot Attendanthelps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the lot, preparing vehicles for delivery, and assisting the sales team .The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.
