FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to oversee safety and shrink reduction at the Tukwila, WA location. The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, focusing on protecting assets and minimizing shortages.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer applications including security software, CCTV, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment and installations.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters by following company guidelines.
• Build productive relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Lead associate awareness efforts and generate leads for investigations.
• Focus on inventory management and shortage reduction.
• Assist with audits and inventory counts.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Provide direction and training on safety procedures.
